1 Peter 1:6-7

It is only the Christian that can lay his or her head on the pillow at night and rest, even in the distresses of this life.   Not only can we look BEYOND our distresses to this glorious inheritance waiting for us in Heaven, but Peter tells us this week that we can actually rejoice in the reality that God has a design IN our distresses.  Join us this week for remarkable encouragement in one of the most difficult areas in our faith to navigate.  We don’t grieve as the world does in our distresses, because we KNOW that God is working in them  –  shaping us, refining us, molding us unto His likeness, that we might fully delight in our experience of His greatness and kindness.  Get your Word on with us find tremendous encouragement in the uncompromised truth of God’s Word!
